Theft from vehicles / attempted break ins

Dear Residents / Pawb

We have had reports of attempted break ins to vehicles on AWEL Y MOR, SKETTY

While these persons have yet to be identified, we urge you to ensure that your vehicle is secure at all times,

and that no valuables are left inside, even if they are not visible. 

Park in a well lit area if possible.

These opportunists will pop up in many locations, so please do not think “nothing happens in my street” and become complacent.

LOCK IT OR LOSE IT!

Also, as the hot weather continues, please ensure if you are leaving your property, even for a short time, windows and door are locked securely.  

Whilst conducting some house to house enquiries this week, I knocked several doors,where I received no answer, yet the windows were wide open.  This is perfect weather for thieves to target your home, don't make it easy for them.
